Ulysses Hwang, creator of ThinkSAT, is bringing his academic enrichment classes to CCS. Mr. Hwang has over 25 years of experience in test prep (Kaplan Master Instructor, Ivymax instructor and Young Engineers in Action Instructor) and a background in neuroscience. He offers Math, English Writing and English Reading/Literature, programs focused on Whitney/Oxford exam areas and beyond, to give students an academic edge whether they are test prepping or just want to strengthen their foundation.
His programs have resulted in a high success rate for Whitney/Oxford admissions as well as high SAT scores. In one summer SAT bootcamp, his students averaged over 1534.

English Writing Class (5th & 6th Grade)
Develops strong writing skills by crafting clear, organized essays, improving grammar and sentence structure, and refining their creative writing.
Monday – 4pm to 6pm, March 3 to May 26, 2025 (No Classes April 7 to April 21, 2025)

English Reading Class (5th & 6th Grade)
Enhances students’ comprehension, vocabulary, and critical thinking skills through engaging and diverse texts.
Tuesday – 4pm to 6pm, March 4 to May 27, 2025 (No Classes April 8 to April 22, 2025)
$450 for 10 weeks plus $30 membership fee for Non-CCASC members
Math Class (5th & 6th Grade)
Designed to build a strong foundation in key mathematical concepts, preparing students for 6th grade math standards and beyond.
Thursday – 4pm to 6pm, March 6 to May 29, 2025 (No Classes April 10 to April 24, 2025).
$450 for 10 weeks plus $30 membership fee for Non-CCASC members
English Literature & Math (7th-9th Grade)
Equips students with the analytical skills and literary and math knowledge required to excel on the standardized tests.
Saturday – 2pm to 4:30pm, March 8 to June 7, 2025 (No Classes April 5 to April 26, 2025)
